We are seeking a highly skilled Monitoring & Evaluation Manager to lead our evidence‑generation, performance measurement, and institutional learning functions.

About the Role
The Monitoring & Evaluation Manager will design and implement IIF’s M&E frameworks, lead data analysis and reporting, and ensure that the Foundation’s programmes deliver measurable, credible, and sustainable impact. This role reports directly to the CEO and works closely with all programme and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop M&E frameworks, logframes, KPIs, and annual Workplans.
- Lead data collection, analysis, and reporting across all programmes.
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual M&E reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain an integrated M&E database and ensure data quality.
- Present findings to the Board, donors, and partners.
- Facilitate institutional learning and support programme improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Public Policy, International Development, or related fields.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience, including 4 years in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Experience with evaluation methodologies, impact measurement, and data systems.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and influence cross-functional teams.
- High integrity, professionalism, and commitment to IIF’s mission.
